PUSH PIN
Our default pin system that can be found on most Pinlock ready helmets on the market. The Pinlock Push pins holds the Pinlock insert lens to the helmet faceshield keeping it secure. The Pinlock pins are designed to be eccentric, allowing riders to adjust the tension of their Pinlock insert lenses.
THREE COMPONENT PIN
The Pinlock three component pin is an expanded version of the Push Pin system. The three component pin system comes with an integrated screw system that provides extra grip for the Pinlock insert lens and it also makes it easier for riders adjust tension balance of the Pinlock insert lens.
TEAR OFF PIN
Made to support track riders who use both tear-off strips and Pinlock insert lenses. The Pinlock Tear Off Pins functions as a 2 in one system that accommodates tear off strips on the outside and keeps the Pinlock insert lens secure on the inside of the helmet faceshield. Just like the Three Component Pin system, the tension of the Pinlock insert lens can be adjusted by turning the screw on the outer part of Tear Off Pin.

Push pin
The Pinlock Push Pins is our default pin system that is commonly used on most helmets on the market. The Push Pins are made eccentric, making the process of tightening the tension around the insert lens and the face shield better.
Indicator Points
Points out the level of tension on the insert lens to the helmet face shield. Turn the Pins with the indicator points inwards for maximum tension. The tension needed on the Pinlock insert lens depends on model and age of the lens.
Eccentric Pins
Tightens the tension of the Pinlock insert lens tight to the helmet face shield.
Three component pin
The Pinlock 3 component pin system is thicker version of the pushpin, It is split into 3 parts that consist of the Female component, male component and a 4mm screw that holds the pin together, which goes through the helmet faceshield and grips the Pinlock insert lens.
Female Component
Fitted to the outside of the face shield.
Male Component
Fitted on the inside of the face shield.
Screw
Controls tension and keeps the Pinlock insert lens secured.
Tear Off pin
The 3 Component Tear-Off Pin is based of the 3 Component Pin System. The male component part has been developed to hold tear-off pins on the outside of the helmet face shield and to hold the and adjust the tension of the Pinlock insert lens in the inside of the visor.
Tear Off Component
Fitted to the outside of the face shield to be able to accommodate tear – off strips.
Extended Male Component
Fitted to the inside of the face shield and specially designed to hold the tear off pin component.
Screw
Controls tension and keeps the Pinlock insert lens secured.
